It started back in 1990, I gave birth to my son,
right then I knew I'd never , felt more love for anyone

So clever was my little boy, cute and cuddly too.
So handsome and so healthy, beautiful and new

Whenever I would look at him, I knew I wanted more,
so two years on in 92, my little girl was born

Once again the love I felt, I can't begin to tell.
For now I had a little boy and a daughter Danielle

So sweet was she and pretty too, with a great big beaming smile.
I had my daughter and my son, so I left it for a while

Then eight years on, when they had grown. A wonderful surprise.
A little baby, Joshua, came into our lives

So beautiful and happy, and contented from the start.
But when my baby boy was born, he had a poorly heart

If I could swap his heart with mine, which meant he'd be okay,
I'd need no time to think it through, I'd do it straight away

So much I love my Joshua. my James and Dani too.
So kids, I wrote this poem, especially for you
