The Animal
Hours

The day of the Lunar Calendar
begins at 2300hrs and is divided into 12 sections. Each section is ruled
by one of the twelve animals.
The animal sign which rules at the
time of birth is called the ascendant and it's influence can be very
strong.
For example, an aggressive Rat may
have been born during the hours the Tiger rules and a more placid Rat
may have been born during the hours of the
Snake.
